Consent to the Processing of Personal Data
Acting voluntarily, of their own free will, and in their own interests, the individual completing the contact form decides to provide personal data to Metafora Limited Liability Company (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator"), located at 15 Novomarinskaya St., Office 3/1, Moscow, 109451, and gives their specific, objective, informed, conscious, and unambiguous consent to the processing of personal data under the following conditions:
1. Consent is given to the processing of personal data, both without the use of automated tools and with their use.
2. Consent is given to the processing of the following personal data:
2.1. Personal data that is not special or biometric: last name, first name, patronymic (if any); email addresses; telephone numbers.
3. Purpose of personal data processing: preparing responses to the request of the personal data subject.
4. During processing, the following actions will be performed with personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, and deletion.
5. The User's personal data will never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except in cases related to compliance with applicable law, in accordance with the Operator's Policy on the Processing of Personal Data, located at https://metafora-strategy.ru/privacy, if this is necessary to respond to a request from the personal data subject.
6. Personal data is processed indefinitely. Processing of personal data may also be terminated at the request of the personal data subject.
7. Consent may be revoked by the personal data subject or their representative by sending a written request to the Operator or their representative at the address specified at the beginning of the Consent.
8. An appeal to the Operator may be made in free form, but must contain the following information: information about the applicant (last name, first name, patronymic (if any); contact information - email address or postal address; a list of personal data whose processing is subject to termination.
9. If the personal data subject or his/her representative revokes consent to the processing of personal data, the Operator has the right to continue processing personal data without the consent of the personal data subject if there are grounds specified in paragraphs 2-11 of Part 1 of Article 6, Part 2 of Article 10, and Part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated 27.07.2006.
10. This consent is valid from the moment it is provided until the moment the processing of the personal data specified in paragraphs 6 and 7 of the Consent is terminated.
